Socially Inept, Disconnected, Distrusting, Struggling Salesman Quit His Job and They Threw Him a Party!!!
Hi folks we get these all the time but this one is hilarious. I want you to read Scott’s success story. I know many of you are int the SAME BOAT as he was in so I know you will completely understand it.
So how can a Socially inept, disconnected, distrusting, struggling salesman get a great opportunity for a new job AND get his current boss to throw him a going away party?

I had gone to a seminar that taught speaking in metaphors, innuendos, and suggestive dialog to influence people as a way of furthering success in life both in relationships and sales/influence. It was a huge let down that I could only see myself coming off as a real douche bag or arrogant self-centered egomaniac.
That wasn’t my first attempt to get better at and more successful at influencing people and communicating effectively with them. I had spent thousands of dollars and countless hours collecting books and attending NLP and hypnosis trainings leading me to nothing I could really use in the real world.
Then I found this duet Tom Vizzini and Kim McFarland, strange enough their humor, down to earth style, and exquisitely simple street level techniques brought me to attend Total Life Transformation training.
That’s the back story; Socially inept, disconnected, distrusting, struggling salesman that relied on an extreme hard work ethic powered by jealousy, anger, and vengeance at times to force good numbers: going to war and fighting a righteous fight as I saw it was the way I made it through hard times. Luckily I believed in keeping myself in check to reduce the consequences so most of the time I was a nice enough guy most people kind of liked. I was known as the odd guy. I have had several great experiences using everything I’ve learned; there is one specifically that takes the cake and shows what can be possible.
I got back from Florida and people started to take notice of the change in my attitude, the way I dealt with things, how now I opened up and really connected with them which caught the eye of many so much so I was invited by my friends General Manager to come in and talk with her about a Finance Managers position that was in the works to be coming open in the near future.
I went into that interview using everything I learned at Total Life Transformation; positioning, anchoring, connecting and aced the interview in such an epic manor I was leading the interview with the GM with a big wow look on her face and a suggestion that she would not get in my way to re attend this year’s Total Life Transformation seminar and the other training I had planned both in peak sales months, she also suggested she would use the company to bond my license and would find the local tutor to help me get it so I would be easy to slide right into the position when it came open.

Okay I have to interrupt here is second. Read that last paragraph again. HE LED THE INTERVIEW AND GOT THE JOB! He used what he learned and nailed it. Even better got them to agree to everything he wanted. This is something that he never would have been able to do before.

I was ecstatic and paralyzed in fear. I spent over a month stalling. I didn’t know what to do. I had never left anywhere or anyone in my life. I was the one that was always left. I never left anything, let alone a great paying job where I like the people I worked with and they liked me (and really liked me after I got back from TLT)
So I went onto the Total Life Transformation Facebook page and typed “I AM FREAKING OUT!” which I was nearly having an anxiety attack over it. I received a, “what’s wrong” from one of my TLT classmates and that’s all it took for me to slow down, diagnose what was really going on and why, then found out what was driving it, did a quick 3D mind on it and defused / relieved the anxiety to the point I could email my notice to my boss. That usually would have put them into damage control, making fun of the choice, and making it completely uncomfortable on the sales guy with a super hard sale to coerce you back to accepting your place in the world.
That IS NOT how it went down.
My boss took me in the office, congratulated me, said how it was a great opportunity he or our corporation didn’t have available, how he understood and wished me luck…. then he did something I have never seen done in the 5 years I have been there... He said they were going to throw me a going away party before I left and I was welcome to come back anytime. He spoke to me like a best friend that wanted the best for me. Which is amazing enough but there is more…
It gets better, now that most the employees know that I am going, nearly all of the support staff has said when I get the chance give them the call and they want to come work for me. I have somehow taken over a substantial portion of my dealership from an entry level sales position. I am the one they are willing to follow somewhat blindly without having any official authority whatsoever.
THAT IS POWERFUL… that is what you can get and much more from attending TLT and DOING WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED. PERIOD!

Look folks if you are even thinking of having a better life than you do now you need to take a look at what we are offering. I know June is along way off but just do me a favor and take a peek. You will be glad you did
The reason I am sending these to you is that we are having another Total Life Transformation this June and although it is over 6 months away we have already sold 33% of the available seats just to people who went last year and want to come back because they are having so much success.
