More people try to manage, sell or even buy a TV by getting or delivering MASSIVE amounts of information. All that does is overwhelm the prefrontal cortex of the brain and lead to poor decision making.
I liked this video…several reasons one because its short and I dont always have the time to listen to a 2hr video. also it makes so much sense and as I am in sales its true too much info makes people confused and not make a descion… this will help me to focus more on what it is the customer really wants without being too technical..
