Using emotion for influence (May 12, 2008 at 11:15 AM) - If YOU WANT to be convincing you have to use all of your voice. Think about it, when was the last time you really tried to convince somebody of something.
Remember as a child, when you got caught doing... Something that you were not supposed to be doing. I mean, when I was a kid I got in a lot of trouble. What is funny to me is how quickly you mind races in that moment when you get caught and have to come up with something quick.
